SAIC: improve trademark registration service

First, enhance trademark registration service

Facing the increase of trademark applications and examination documents, Tongda Trademark Service Center under the State Administration for Industry & Commerce (SAIC) deployed enough resources to strengthen logistics services and better emergency preplan. Meanwhile, the center will also streamline procedures.

Second, reinforce the construction of system to ensure efficiency and quality

Since 2001, Tongda Trademark Service Center thoroughly carried out ISO9001 quality control and got system certification. The quality control system has become the key indicator that the center must obey when conducting business. This year, the center discovers and solves problems through internal and external quality examination and continues to raise trademark service efficiency, resulting in over 95% satisfaction.

Third, strengthen basic work and team building

Improve staff inner quality through political theory study, business training, work experience exchange and job skill competition; promote the cultural construction for industry and commerce with the view of building a learning organization.

Fourth, create performance evaluation mechanism

Build evaluation mechanism from the following five aspects, i.e. thought, work style, business, system and ability.
